Your stamina for long distances

As soon as your outings exceed an hour or you tackle Trail and Ironman preparation, hydration can no longer be left to chance. Our hydration packs and vests are designed to make you self-sufficient without hindering your stride. Gone are the days of a pack bouncing on your back: it's all about ergonomics and stability now.

Choose your gear based on your running volume:

  • The Trail Vest: A must-have for the modern runner. It fits like a second skin, distributes the weight on the front and back, and provides immediate access to your soft flasks.
  • The Hydration Backpack: Perfect for very long adventures or trail running, it allows you to carry up to 2 or 3 litres of water in the back via a hose.
  • The Minimalist Pack (3L - 5L): Just the essentials (water + phone + windbreaker) for your marathons or fast outings.

Take your supplies with you everywhere and push your limits.

Why hydration is critical for your performance?

The human body loses water quickly during exercise. A loss of just 1% of your body weight can lead to a 10% drop in physical performance. On long distances or trails, waiting until you're thirsty is already a mistake. The hydration pack allows you to sip regularly throughout the course, delaying the onset of cramps and hitting "the wall".

Vest or Backpack: the match

The current trend is clearly towards the vest. Unlike a traditional backpack that rests on your shoulders and bounces with each impact, the vest wraps around your torso. It offers total stability (no bounce) and allows you to carry your flasks on the front straps. You no longer need to stop or twist to drink.

Water Bladder vs Soft Flasks

This is a strategic choice:

  • The water bladder (in the back): It offers a large capacity (1.5L to 3L) and allows you to drink through a tube. It's convenient, but harder to fill quickly at a race aid station.
  • The soft flasks (in the front): Generally 500ml each, they compress as you drink (no noise of sloshing water). They are very quick to refill at aid stations and allow you to switch between plain water and energy drink.

Beyond water: mandatory equipment

In trail competitions or certain nature races, the backpack also serves to carry mandatory safety equipment: survival blanket, whistle, waterproof jacket, phone, and headlamp. Our bags are compartmentalized so each item has its place and remains accessible without having to empty everything out.
